INFRASTRUCTURE:

We use the latest UV Flexo & Letter Press Printing System that prints up to10 colours on various films and papers with silk screen printing, foiling, printing on foil, varnish or lamination finishes. This gives us the flexibility to deal with every application as per requirements.Our state-of-the-art prepress, press, printing machines and strict quality control makes us one of the top self-adhesive label manufacturers. We can print a wide variety of labels, be it promotional labels, no look labels, liquor labels, cosmetic labels, food grade labels, security/tamper evident labels, performance labels or blank labels for barcode application.

CONTINGENCY PLAN :

Having 4, fully loaded converting machines in our plant, we have the capability to convert most of the labels we make, in any of these machines. Hence, in case of any eventuality, we can supply labels of the same quality to the customer, made from any of our machines.

Drum Labels:

Our drum labelling solutions ensure ease of application, oil resistant, tamper evident features; Variable printed Labels on demand and attractive appearance. These provide resistance to sunlight, rain & dust.

Performance & Durable Labels:

We expertise in providing highly durable labels for applications like Printed Circuit Boards, Solar panels , Automotive/aero space, Medical and Manufacturing applications where high temperature and solvent resistance are critical. These labels can last for as long as even 20 years in external conditions.

Security/Tamper Evident Labels:

We present arange of security solutions which include security holograms, inks, cuts, micro text, invisible ink, tamper evident seals, and so on.

Shipping & Logistics:

At Speclabel, we can provide you with thermal transfer, direct thermal labels & tear-proof labels, for various applications, like cargo shipments and baggage tags.

Automatic Labelling Machine:

We offer a comprehensive range of standard and customized label application solutions with the chief objective of accurate labeling at very high speeds. We offer labelling accuracies within ± 1mm at high labelling speeds of 350 products per minute with our state of the art servo PLC systems.

Our range of standard labelling equipment covers the entire spectrum of labeling configurations, viz Wraparound, Front & Back, Top, Side, Tube labelling, Vial/ Ampoule labeling, LVU Seal Labelling and hologram labelling. Apart from the standard range of products, we are always keen to take up challenging and non-standard labelling applications which are pain areas for our esteemed customers.
